Retractable pneumatically-controled punch retainers RZ-PPPH
The RZ-PPPH retractable pneumatically-controled punch retainers are designed for headed shaped punches. The punches is retained by a plate called "knife" to avoid the contact with the material / sheet.

Punch retainers : 43-48 HRc
Shock plate : 32-38 HRc

Recommendations for use :
Mounting : The die retainers are fastened by two screws and two pins directly into the top plate of your tool.
You must allow for through holes in the frame and discharge vents in the press.
Requires punches with orientation flat.
Maintenance recommendations :
- Regular cleaning
- Regular inspection
- Checking alignment with the die
- Regular lubrication
