Centring units PDC
The PDC centring units are used to increase the precision of repetitive centring in moulds, press tooling and some machining fixtures. It ensures very precise re-centring at the end of the stroke. The male and female parts are sold together.

Material : 16CrNi4 - Case-hardened

Hardness : 58 - 62 Hrc
Treatment : Case hardening and tempering for optimum surface hardness.

Recommendation for use :
Mounting : The male part is to be fitted on the upper part of your cutting tool or mould while the female part is fitted on the lower part.
