Self-lubricating guiding rail PLF08 - DIN ISO 2768 medium
Self-lubricating guiding rail PLF08 are used to reduce wear on surfaces subject to high abrasion due to constant movement between two surfaces/parts. They are often used in mold and press tooling to increase tool life by reducing wear on moving components. Plates are chamfered and screw holes are provided.

Recommendation for use :
- Mounting : Guiding raill are fastened directly in the tool using screws. They should be lubricated only once after assembly and after each cleaning operation.
- Respecting working speeds : Respecting working speeds ensures the integrity of the tool and the guide bar. Be careful, an additional lubrication is recommended when operating at speeds higher than 0.5m/s.
- Observe working direction : The working direction of the rail is shown on the plan. Please observe this to ensure the system integrity.
