• Recommended working load for long life at 20% of the length : 11.05 DaN to 550 DaN
• Recommended working load for medium life at 25% of the length : 13.7 DaN to 677 DaN
• Maximum working load at 30% of the length : 16.6 DaN to 804 DaN

Lifetime : Up to 2 million press hits depending on use

Preload : 20% of the working load

Operating temperature : -200 °C to +250 °C

Wire diameter : From 2,5mm to 12,5mm

Recommendation for use :

Mounting : The spring is individually fitted between the stripper plate and the top plate thanks to retaining screw, guiding shafts or retainer. 

Use conditions : Do not exceed the maximum loads to guarantee the lifetime of the springs. The springs have to be preloaded in the tools. When assembling the tool, there is no need to preload them, as in the rest position the stripper plate is not under spring pressure.
