• Recommended working load for long life at 25% of the length : 6,8 DaN to 20,6 DaN
• Recommended working load for medium life at 30% of the length : 8,2 DaN to 25,4 DaN
• Maximum working load at 35% of the length : 10,3 DaN to 31,8 DaN

Lifetime : Up to 2 million press hits depending on use

Preload : 20% of the working load

Operating temperature : -200 °C to +250 °C

Wire diameter : From 2,5mm to 4mm

Recommendation for use :

Mounting : The spring is individually fitted between the stripper plate and the top plate thanks to retaining screw, guiding shafts or retainer. 

Use conditions : Do not exceed the maximum loads to guarantee the lifetime of the springs. The springs have to be preloaded in the tools. When assembling the tool, there is no need to preload them, as in the rest position the stripper plate is not under spring pressure.
